Responsibilities:
- Build out the marketing site and make it even more beautiful
- Optimize the site for conversion through analytics, A/B testing, and SEO
- Lead the creation of targeted online campaigns and landing pages
- Create style guides to promote consistency
- Collaborate with UI designers and devs to create an awesome user experience
What we're looking for:
- You are the best web designer you personally know.
- You have multiple sites in your portfolio that people actually use.
- You can HTML/CSSify a page in record time.
- You can do more with Javascript than copy/paste.
- You understand enough of a server-side language to be dangerous.
- You can manage projects and people to get things done.
